Quail Eggs
$4 per dozen
Recognized as a delicacy, quail eggs offer a richer yolk, elevated flavor, and superior nutrient density compared to standard chicken eggs.
Size: Quail eggs are about 1/3 the size of chicken eggs and weigh 9-12 grams each
Nutritional highlights: 14 calories per egg, 1.2 grams of protein, 1 gram of (healthy) fat, naturally gluten-free. Rich in Vitamin B12, iron, selenium, riboflavin, and choline. Excellent alternative to chicken eggs for those with sensitivities.
